Dry Brushing Can Help Clear Out Your Lymphatic Drainage Pathways

In this picture you see a before and after of a client of mine who dry brushed daily for three months.

In the before picture you see very congested lymph in the area under the armpit and lateral to the breast. 75% of your lymph runs through your breast and chest area which makes keeping these areas clear crucial.

Dry Brushing Can Help Clear Out Your Lymphatic Drainage Pathways

Your lymph is where all of the cells dump the trash. The heart pumps the blood, but the lymph has no pump (so, tag...you’re it). If the lymph gets congested, the toxins and trash that your cells are trying to dump gets stuck.

There are lots of great ways to get your lymph moving. Moving and drinking clean water are two really great ways. Another is dry brushing, which is what this client did faithfully for three months. As you can see in her after pictures, she became much less congested and she had a much better thermography report. This is a very inexpensive way to clear your lymph. If you want to learn how to dry brush, watch my story highlight.

Two other ways to move the lymph are with ELT and Lymphatic Massage. Both of these are effective. With both ELT and Lymphatic Massage, my lymphatic system inflammation cleared, but I also felt less stressed, more energetic and ready to tackle life.
