BEFORE:

The client in this photo was working with a functional medicine provider. Even in the before pictures, she was working on getting rid of toxins, upping her lifestyle game, and cleaning up her diet. However, in those pictures, she looked loaded down with toxins and messy hormones.

We took a photo three months later that really didn’t change much from the first photo. She was concerned from her first two sets of pictures and she did some further investigation (which put her mind at ease but didn’t stop her from still working to change her lifestyle).

AFTER:

One year later we see the pictures. The one thing that she hadn’t really changed during her first two pictures was movement. So, between her second set of pictures and her annual thermography, she started doing water aerobics 5 days per week. This increased her lung capacity, moved her muscles and lymph in a low-impact way, and helped oxygenate her body.

LOOK AT THE RESULTS ... they speak for themselves.

The hormones and toxins got in line, her stress level decreased and her energy has skyrocketed. Thermography let her know that her lifestyle choice (movement) was making an amazing impact on her body!
