Joanna will hold space for you in this 50 minute session.
You can take this time to create a detailed holistic lifestyle plan.
Other options for this time include working through blocks to advancing your holistic lifestyle.
Examples: If you find that there is an area where you regularly get stuck, like movement just doesn’t seem to happen or I keep trying to eat better but just can’t seem to execute that. In this session, Joanna will help you somatically process the things that are holding you back so you can keep progressing in your health journey.
This time can also be used to discuss and process how to implement your new lifestyle choices, advance your business or how to discover what you really want in life and how to live your best life.
This can be in-person in our Franklin Office or on Zoom
