It’s the little things…

She came in and we took pictures. We then discussed what we saw in the pictures and I gave her a few lifestyle suggestions. At this point, I usually connect clients with local providers who can help. She was not interested in working with a provider. So, we discussed a few options for a self-paced detox.

Lifestyle Suggestions

  • Get your feet on the ground

  • Move your body/ Move your lymph

  • Eat Clean

  • Sleep Well

  • Detox your products

She implemented the lifestyle suggestions and did the detox plan and came back in 6 months to “recheck” her progress and JUST LOOK AT THE RESULTS! She was more than 50% clearer. Her face looked clearer, her skin was clearer. She was pooping better and feeling better.

She had added cold plunge (be sure to research if you are thinking of trying this…it isn’t ideal for everyone), she dumped her toxic boyfriend but besides that, she hadn’t added much more to her lifestyle. It was the preliminary work of opening her detox pathways, not putting toxic chemicals on her skin/ in her food and movement that got her body working better so that it could work for her!
